The game has had delays with the new competitive map as well as ranked rework in Operation Brutal Swarm.
But, the news is that Ubisoft will now will finally be pushing it through at the end of year. Moreover, players can now expect a new operator and plenty of other changes.
Rainbow Six Y7S4 New Updates
Given below are the new updates that will feature in Rainbow Six Y7S4:
New Colombian Operator: Solis
Like every Rainbow Six season so far, Y7S4 will also feature a new Operator. The new operator will hail from Colombia as per the Year 7 roadmap. According to leaks it will be named – Solis.
Early looks at their loadout indicate that they will be the first four-speed operator in the game’s history. This is something that Ubisoft hyped up earlier this year.
Their gadget is reportedly called Puma Prowl and shows heat trails of enemies. Despite the speculations and leaks, players won’t know for sure Ubisoft reveals Rainbow Six Y7S4.
Singaporean Map Release After Delay
The Singaporean Map, which was initially pinned for release in Operation Brutal Swarm originally alongside Singaporean operator Grim will now come in Rainbow Six Year 7 Season 4 instead.
However, details about the map visuals are slim as of now. An early leak, removed by Ubisoft, displayed the map in a very early state with a basic layout.
Players can expect further details during the reveal in November’s Six Jonkoping Major in Sweden.
Ranked Rework Going Live
Another feature planned for Operation Brutal Swarm was the Siege ranked rework, which missed its first release window. However, according to game leaks, it will now go live as part of Rainbow Six Y7S4.
Players will reportedly start at Copper and receive rewards for all ranks that they manage to climb through.
Further details are still waited for how it will function exactly.
Rainbow Six Y7S4 Leaked Release Date
The Rainbow Six Year 7 Season 4 will likely be revealed at the Six Jonkoping Major in Sweden this November 21 to 27, 2022. The panel will probably take place ahead of the final day of play on November 27.
Moreover, the season will reportedly drop on December 4, 2022. This gives the season only one week of testing before hitting live servers.
It also puts it exactly three months after Brutal Swarm’s release.
