Ime Udoka’s alleged affair with the woman he is accused of deceiving Nia long with at work, which resulted in his season-long suspension, has reportedly been confirmed by inside sources.
According to a Daily Mail article, Udoka’s unnamed mistress is Kathleen Nimmo Lynch, 34. Lynch, according to the source, is an ardent Mormon. She works as the Celtics’ team service manager and is a married mother of three.

Team service manager Kathleen Nimmo Lynch is assisting Udoka directly. Despite the fact that Lynch’s name allegedly appeared online soon after Udoka’s suspension was announced, the Celtics never officially verified that she was the lady mentioned in their internal probe.
According to the Daily Mail, Lynch’s responsibilities included booking accommodations, transportation, and game tickets for Celtics family members both at home and away. When Udoka’s fiancée, actress Nia Long, and her kids relocated to Boston last month, she probably helped arrange their travel.
Announcement Of Suspension Of Ime Udoka For Breaking Team Rules
The Boston Celtics announced in a press release on September 22nd that head coach Udoka will be suspended for the whole 2022–2023 NBA season following the revelation of his adultery with a female staff member. Udoka, according to the franchise, broke team rules.
Immediately after, Udoka apologised for his behaviour. “I want to apologise for disappointing our players, fans, the whole Celtics organisation, and my family. I regret having put the team in this challenging position and accept their choice.”

Although Nia Long has not publicly addressed the incident, she did tell PEOPLE that she appreciated the support she has been getting and asked that people respect her privacy at this time.
“It means a lot to me that my family, friends, and the community have shown me so much love and support during this trying time. As I contemplate the recent events, I kindly ask that my privacy be respected. Since I am a mother first and foremost, I will continue to put my children first.”
