On October 7th, at 0:00 PT, 03:00 ET, and 08:00 BST, the Street Fighter 6 closed beta test will be made available and begin.
According to the official SF6 beta test app summary, all of the following hours are available. Only the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam versions of the demo are supported on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Street Fighter 6 closed beta codes are only available to those who joined up by September 30th and were invited.
Invitations were sent out on October 4 at 20:00 PT, 23:00 ET, and 05:00 BST. If you’ve been invited, the code should be in the email that goes with your Capcom ID.
The SF6 exam requires a Capcom ID, an Internet connection, which should go without saying, and a PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold subscription. However, your PlayStation, Xbox, or Steam account must be connected to your Capcom ID.
Aside from just being able to play the game, selected participants will also receive a special in-game title that will be available when the game fully releases.
