Don who has over the years maintained a 730 page notebook of every Messi goal with each moment being handwritten, saw Messi reach out to him through a video message ensuing the Copa America win.
A video has surfaced online of Donโs grandson showing him the video message by Messi. Messi can be heard thanking Don for his support, saying it was crazy how the Spaniard grandfather had over the years managed to capture each of his goal.
