Let’s Redo! Redo of Healer, the anime based on a light fantasy novel series Kaiyari, received good response from the audience, know the season 2 release date and cast
Although many had criticized the show for its portrayal of extreme violence, poor treatment of female characters, cannibalism, slavery and torture. However the show was able to find its own fansbase.
It has been more than a year since the show ended, fans of the anime are eagerly waiting for the next installment. But many are wondering if the anime will be renewed, So, let’s discuss.

Is ‘Redo of Healer’ Anime Returning?
As of now, there hasn’t been any confirmation about the renewal of the series by the anime studio TNK or the producers of the show.
When the first season ended on March 31, 2021, everyone was expecting an official announcement for the renewal but unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
Shortly after season 1 ended, the writer of the light novel, Rui Tsukiyo took to his Twitter and wrote in a tweet that the second season had not been confirmed, however, showrunners are considering it. But it’s been a while since that tweet, nothing is confirmed till now.
In his tweet, Rui penned down, “Thank you for watching the final episode of Redo of Healer! Bye-bye, Redo of Healer world!”
He further added, “Unfortunately, the second season hasn’t been confirmed, but it seems that they are considering it, so please support us so that it can be confirmed possibly! If the second season is decided, you can see that shortly!”
Meanwhile, the manga series currently stands at 11 volumes, with the latest one released on Aug 10. So, if makers want to renew the series, there is a lot of source material to cover the Anime.
Expectations from Season 2
The story of the first season revolves around Keyaru, who’s a healing magician. Keyaru had been repeatedly abused and sexually assaulted.
However, soon enough he realizes the true potential of his powers and finds out that the healing magicians are the greatest category of the magicians world.
Later he goes 4 years back using his powers and magic of philosopher’s stone and decides to redo everything and take revenge on everyone who had assaulted him.
However by the end of the season, he realizes that he can not be at peace until he takes revenge on Bullet, who had violently raped him earlier.
So, if the next season is going to happen, the season will feature the journey of Keyaru as he sets his target at Bullet and tries to avenge his assault.
Cast of Season 2
The renewal season might show some reprising voice actors. It is expected that Yuya Hozumi will continue to voice Keyaruga.

Yasuaki Takumi as Leonard and
Mami Fujita as Blade.
The upcoming season of the anime will also feature the characters of Bullet, Eve Reese, Anna and King Prome. The voices for these characters might be given by actors:

Asuka Nishi as Anna, and
Takaya Hashi as King Prome.
