Kinchit Devang Shah was born to his father Devand Shah in Mumbai who is a well-known diamond merchant, while his mother is a housewife. He has a younger brother whose name is Ninad shah, he is also a cricketer. His family is Indian but later on they shifted to Hong Kong when Shah was very young. His initial education was carried out in India and later on he completed it in Hong Kong.

Kinchit Devang Shah Professional Career And Achievements
Kinchit Shah made his T20 cricket debut against Canada cricket team on 15th March in 2012. Kinchit Devang Shah made his One Day International debut for Hong Kong on 8th November in year 2014 against Papua New Guinea in Australia. Kinchit made his Twenty20 International debut on 24th November 2014 against team Nepal in Sri Lanka.
In August of 2018, Kinchit Shah was named in Hong Kong’s squad for the 2018 Asia Cup Qualifier tournament. Hong Kong was the winner of the qualifier tournament, and he was then named in Hong Kong’s squad for the Asia Cup of 2018.
In April of year 2019, Kinchit Shah was named to Hong Kong’s squad for the year 2019 ICC World Cricket League Division Two tournament in Namibia. In Hong Kong’s opening match of the tournament, against Canada, Shah took a hat-trick. He was the leading wicket-taker for Hong Kong in the tournament, with eleven dismissals in a total of six matches.
In September of year 2019, Kinchit Shah was named to Hong Kong’s squad for 2019 ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier tournament in the United Arab Emirates. Kinchit was the leading run-scorer for Hong Kong in the tournament, with 223 runs in seven matches. In November 2019, Kinchit was named to Hong Kong’s squad for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh.
Later on, in the same month, he was named in Hong Kong’s squad for the Cricket World Cup Challenge League B tournament in Oman. In the third match of the tournament, against Bermuda, Shah scored his first century in List A cricket. In May of 2022, Shah was named on Hong Kong’s side for 2022 Uganda Cricket World Cup Challenge League B tournament.
