I'm tweeting so that the DE gets justice and job security.
I asked the customer representative to connect me with their superior to explain it better.
Please look into this urgently and help him. Looking forward to explain further on call.

Deleted orignal video on request of the delivery person.
He's willing to connect with journalists, so if you're one who speaks Kannada, please DM me. https://t.co/MfuqbGtPLc

He also added that fortunately, witnesses captured the incident on camera, but he hasn’t yet seen one with audio. Probably he will be receiving it by tomorrow. He called customer service, but they couldn’t understand him and weren’t very helpful.
They requested him to advise the rider to get in touch with rider support even though he said he didn’t care about the order because their delivery partner was assaulted and needed help. He attempted that, but they couldn’t comprehend Kannada, and he was afraid of losing his job, so he gave up, the Twitter user stated.
The Twitter user known only as “dj” claimed that the woman tried to take the order from the delivery man but later started beating him as he said it belonged to another customer and refused to give it to her.
Using his identity as “dj,” the Twitter user @bogas04 wrote that he informed her it’s his delivery order and asked her for the receipt to tally it but she didn’t listen and started punching him.
