On September 29th, 2022, a theatrical debut of Smile is planned for the UK. The big screen is the only place since it is only being released in theatres and there is currently no release date for streaming on any other OTT platform.
According to Yahoo News, the movie will have a general release following its world premiere at Fantastic Fest on September 22, 2022.

The movie Smile debuts in theatres on September 30th, 2022. However, some parts of the world will get to watch it two days early. In France and the Philippines, the movie will be released on 28th September 2022, whereas, in Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, and Singapore the viewers will be able to enjoy the movie a day earlier that is on 29th September 2022.
