The premiere release date and second trailer for the upcoming 2023 anime series Reign of the Seven Spellblades have just been announced
The series of fantasy light novels by Bokuto Uno and Ruria Miyuki upon which Reign of the Seven Spellblades is based. Its serialization started in September of 2018, and as of right now, eleven volumes have been released. Sakae Esuno, who is most known for her work on Future Diary, has converted the series into a manga.

Reign of the Seven Spellblades, a magical fantasy with swordplay, will be released on July 7, 2023. At the Dengeki Bunko Winter Festival 2021, it was revealed that Reign of the Seven Spellblades would be getting an anime adaptation. Masato Matsune has since been announced as the show’s director, and J.C. Staff has taken over production. Shogo Yasukawa oversaw the storyline, and Sota Suwa designed the characters.

The second full-length trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of Reign of the Seven Spellblades has been published, and this time it features English subtitles.
The video, which can be seen on the YouTube page dedicated to Warner Brothers Japan Anime, confirmed that the premiere date of the anime will be July 7, 2023. The Kimberly Magic Academy backdrop, which featured all the main characters, has also been removed from the anime. An excerpt from the opening theme song Kenka (Sword Flower) by Kujira Yumemi featuring Mimizuku and Fukur is used in the new teaser. The show’s composer, Yumemi, will also contribute the final theme song, Aimu, which will include Tsumugishachi.
