The Colombia High School shooter and sword attack victim Jon Romano has now gone viral on TikTok
In a startling report, it was revealed that there have been more than 500 mass shootings in the United States.
Among these reports, CNN reported that 54 took place in schools. These alarming statistics are attributed to lenient gun safety regulations in various parts of the country, to the extent that some states now provide bulletproof backpacks as a response, rather than implementing substantial changes to gun access.
As the nation grapples with the moral dilemma of balancing the right to purchase firearms with the need for children to feel safe in their classrooms, students and educators are actively calling for meaningful action to address gun violence in schools.
