A witness who believes she observed Gaynor Lord, a missing mother, in a park, remarked on her unusual behavior.
Rosie Richards claims to have seen the 55-year-old woman placing her coat on the ground at Wensum Park in Norwich and engaging in a yoga pose on a Friday afternoon, even as darkness set in.

Ms. Richards has reported this information to Norfolk Constabulary, which has focused its extensive search efforts on the park and the adjacent river.
In the days following Mrs. Lord’s disappearance, law enforcement has closed Wensum Park, utilized drones and sonar equipment for thorough searches, and conducted underwater investigations.
Statement of Ms. Richards
Ms. Richards expressed her thoughts, stating, “To me, she seemed quite calm. She was sort of putting her coat down on the floor and sort of performing a yoga pose. It just seemed a bit off at this time because obviously it was starting to get dark.”
Further speaking on the matter during an interview she added, “It’s really upsetting. I’m thinking of her friends and family because she is a similar age to my mum, and that would be awful to be going through what they are going through now.”
Police Released CCTV Footage
The mystery surrounding the disappearance of the mother of three, just weeks before Christmas, continues to deepen. Mrs. Lord was reported missing on Friday evening, and her coat was later discovered in the River Wensum in the park.
Despite extensive river searches, the department store employee remains unlocated. Norfolk Police have released footage of Mrs. Lord’s last movements in Norwich city centre on Friday afternoon.
The force is particularly interested in a mysterious 34-minute period during which the mother appears to enter and exit Norwich Cathedral. Less than two hours later, Ms. Richards claims to have seen a woman matching Mrs. Lord’s description in Wensum Park, just one mile from the cathedral.
Footage Revealed Her Running?
CCTV footage shows Mrs. Lord apparently running through streets toward the park. Her coat was found in the park, along with other belongings, including two rings, her mobile phone, and additional clothing, scattered on the ground nearby.
Mrs. Lord’s husband, Clive, a 63-year-old financial adviser, has not commented on the case.
The daughters of 55 year old Gaynor Lord, who went missing last week after leaving work early, have called on the public to help find their mother. She has three children with her husband.
Her half-brother, Allan Weston, 43, residing in Blackpool, Lancashire, expressed deep concern, stating, “We are all very worried. It is out of character, and we just want her home.”
