In addition to Kadian, another sought person on Interpol’s list is Indian gangster Harbhej Singh, who hails from Amritsar in Punjab and News18 reported Singh is internationally wanted for charges pertaining to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1985, as well as illegal weapons possession.

What is the objective of Yogesh Kadian?
According to theories, Yogesh Kadian fled approximately two years ago using a forged passport. Currently, Yogesh is operating from the USA, where he is viewed as a rival to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which forwarded the state police’s request to Interpol, has refrained from making any comments on the matter. Officials have disclosed that Kadian has connections with Khalistan terrorists.
Meanwhile, the Times of India reported Kadian’s affiliation with the Bambiha syndicate. They have further cited sources indicating that members of the Bambiha syndicate are actively devising a plan to dismantle the Lawrence Bishnoi network and establish their dominance in both the United States and Canada. This development occurs during a period of strained diplomatic relations between India and Canada, which have now reached their lowest point.
Why Interpol issued Red Notice targeting Yogesh?
Reportedly, Yogesh is orchestrating the syndicate’s endeavors to eliminate Bishnoi, whether within a correctional facility or during court appearances, with the collaboration of Lucky Patial, a prominent syndicate member situated in Armenia. Sources have indicated that Yogesh and his associates were allegedly devising a scheme to target gang members Goldy Brara and Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol, both thought to be residing in the United States.
Interpol issued a Red Notice due to concerns that a gang conflict might potentially spread to the United States, considering past incidents in Canada. It’s crucial to emphasize that a Red Notice serves as a formal international request to law enforcement agencies across the globe, urging them to locate and temporarily detain an individual until the completion of extradition, surrender, or other legal measures.
