Shockingly the people in the video reported that this is not the first time that Cartier has tried to drown a cat.

A video of a man from Big Valley, Alberta, identified as Robert Cartier has sparked massive outrage online. The video uploaded on YouTube shows Robert allegedly trying to drown a cat. In the video, two people confront Robert after they saw him trapping a cat in a cage before trying to drown it in the bucket.
The title of the video was:
The man was trying to drown the neighbor’s cat”
In the video, the two people continued to yell at Robert saying:
You’re not touching this cat. You’ve got issues man. How dare you do that to a living creature? You want me to put you in a bucket or what?”
The people in the video further claimed that Cartier goes around the town trapping cats before he drowns them using buckets of water.

Situation update
In the viral video, the two people urged the Big Valley, Alberta, authorities to take some form of action against Robert Cartier.
