In year 2018, Mohammed Azeem married his long-term girlfriend Syed Zoya in Chennai, and in year 2021 the couple decided to separate and later divorced. They together have a son named Rayyan Kareem Shortly after his divorce rumors suggested that he was in a relationship with his co-actress Shivani Narayanan and also the couple was getting married in 2022.
