HS Prannoy, the bronze winner in the Asian Championships has made it to the round of 16 in the men’s singles of the Syed Modi International 2022, know its results, score, draw

In the round of 16, world No. 24 HS Prannoy defeated Danylo Bosniuk of Ukraine 21-14, 21-18 in 36 minutes and will face Priyanshu Rajawat, 19, from India.

Simeer and Sourabh Verma, on the other hand, did not make it through the first round. Sameer Verma, the fourth seed, retired after only four minutes of his play against Nhat Nguyen of Ireland.

Sourabh, the older brother, was seeded seventh and lost to Ade Resky Dwicahyo of Azerbaijan 21-15, 19-21, 18-21 in a tense 67-minute match at the Syed Modi India International.
