Samkelo Lelethu Mdolomba, better known as Samthing Soweto, is a singer and composer from South Africa. He’s well known for his singing on Sun-El Musician’s song “Akanamali” and his Spotify hit “Akulaleki.”
His birthdate is January 21, 1988, and he was born and reared in Protea North, Soweto, Johannesburg, South Africa.
He dropped out of 8th grade due to dyslexia issues.
Due to the hardships he had at home, the singer turned to drugs and became involved in criminal activity, until he was ultimately sent to the Youth detention centre for armed robbery, where he began working full-time on his profession, which completely diverted his attention away from drugs and crime.
