In these recordings, she passionately narrated her supposedly “horrific” ordeal, insisting that a joint stag and hen do in Amsterdam had led to the tragic disintegration of a family.
What’s the Story About
According to her account, during the trip, the girls from the hen party and the boys from the stag party separated for a day.
One inebriated girl purportedly engaged in an act through a unique gl*ry hole with a revealing feature, only to discover, to her dismay, that the person on the other side was her own father, who had been part of the stag do. The fallout was described as devastating, leading to the disintegration of the family.
Is the Story True?
However, it has now come to light that this story is entirely untrue. Following the initial report, an open call for information was made, and a response was received. An email from an individual named Peter, claiming to be acquainted with Charlotte, the originator of the voice note, revealed that the entire account is “nonsense.”
According to Peter, the story was merely circulated among friends, rather than being an actual experience one of them had lived through, as Charlotte had portrayed. Peter stated, “She has gone to ground since this blew up,” and mentioned that Charlotte’s Facebook profile had disappeared.
In addition to this revelation, Vice conducted an investigation into glory holes in Amsterdam. Surprisingly enough, the investigation identified only four such gl*ry holes in the area, primarily designed for men. Only one establishment could potentially have hosted the events described in the story.
Vice contacted the particular gl*ry hole in question, known as “William Higgins’ le Salon,” and inquired about the alleged glass reveal function mentioned in the story. The response received was a clear “No, they’re just holes.”
In summary, Charlotte Walton’s account has been debunked by her own friends, and even without their testimony, the story’s feasibility has been disproven. Nonetheless, the memes generated from this episode have certainly provided some amusement.
