Lionel Messi Next Club After Him Leaving FC Barcelona

Paris Saint Germain –  Is one of the only teams that could afford Messi however looking at their transfers this summer with the likes of Sergio Ramos, Achraf Hakimi, Wijnaldum, Gianluigi Donnarumma, and re-signing Neymar it is clearly stated that they want the best of football in their squad.

PSG are firm favorites for this transfer as we can see Messi alongside Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and several argentine players like Leonardo Parades, Angel Di Maria, Mauro Icardi and even their manager Mauricio Pochettino is from Argentina. He could be tactically well suited in this side and could improve his attacking skills.

Manchester City – Is another player who is making the most of their transfer market they recently made a £100M signing with Jack Grealish and are behind Harry Kane to make up for his skills in the frontline. As they mentioned earlier that they wouldn’t be in the race for Messi, Things could brew a little amidst the news of Messi being available.

They could reunite him with Pep Guardiola and potentially help the Manchester City squad. He could help his game as last season they were having troubles with the center forward position and Messi could fix that but so can Harry Kane. So Manchester City could make things dramatic but Harry Kane should be up on their list.

Newell’s Old Boys – Has made it into our list because Messi had mentioned that he would want to play for his club. It was back in 2018 that he made this statement and things could change but his family is the reason he wouldn’t make plans to move in this soon.

He would take a loss in finances but could make football for his country even better. With the recent win in the Copa América, Argentine football will definitely feel promoted and could bring the gems of the future.

Lionel Messi Left FC Barcelona Due to Economic and Structural Obstacles? Where can he go next?

FC Barcelona – There have been rumors that Messi could stay at Barcelona as something like this did happen last year. It was more likely that he would leave but he did end up saying, It’s not easy for Barcelona to allow their star striker to leave as it is speculated that this scenario is to put pressure on La Liga. They want to control their regulations as losing Messi could be a huge loss for the competition as well as the club.

Inter Miami – It is no surprise that Messi is invested in the MLS and has a house in Miami. The wages could be suited and he could be away from all clubs to relax for his last few years in this league. He will be under less pressure to compete and could surely make a name for the MLS . This was all speculated last year and was one that Messi could consider.

The New Club Messi could go to next

  1. PSG
  2. Manchester City
  3. Newell’s Old Boys
  4. Barcelona
  5. Inter Miami

This is what we think could happen with Messi’s transfer this summer and these teams are certainly well suited for La Pulga. It’s all up to his decision as watching him play football is always great no matter which club he plays for.
