The first male UFC competitor to officially identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Jeff Molina revealed he is bisexual following the disclosure of an intimate video tape of him and Ben Davis
Jeff Molina, a UFC flyweight, is currently making headlines outside of the octagon.
With the recent viral footage of a video showing the 25-year-old indulging in sex acts with another man, the man announced his sexual orientation as bisexual in a lengthy Twitter statement.
“Welp.. this f***ing sucks, TLDR: I’m bi.” Molina released a lengthy statement after the video went viral on social media on Friday.

He went on to clarify that he didn’t want to come out due to homophobia among UFC supporters but rather wants to be renowned for his work in the Octagon.

Molina was born in New Jersey and raised in Kansas. Located 25 miles south of Kansas City, he went to Olathe South High School.
There was where he began his journey towards MMA and a future in the UFC.
Molina, a member of the wrestling team, began learning mixed martial arts when he was 14 years old.
UFC flyweight Molina came out as bisexual after a private video was leaked, making him the first male fighter to officially identify as a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Molina is currently 3-0 in the UFC and has an overall record of 11-2. He joined the organisation by winning Dana White’s 30th Contender Series.
He won a split decision over Zhalgas Zhumagulov in June 2022. He made news for wearing a pair of shorts with the UFC’s insignia coloured in a rainbow during the battle.
Molina described the fan backlash as “f***ing ridiculous” while expressing his surprise and dissatisfaction during that game.
His career had been on hiatus ever since the bout due to a Nevada State Athletic Commission suspension. James Krause, Molina’s coach, was allegedly involved in a gambling conspiracy while purportedly acting as an agent for an online bookmaker. Molina was thought to have played a “substantial” part in this conspiracy.
Molina has been suspended and won’t be playing any cards anytime soon because of his alleged participation in a betting conspiracy.
