In April 2024, Daisy Chen shared alleged text messages between herself and Weekes on Instagram, revealing her pregnancy. Chen claimed that Weekes expressed a desire for her to be the mother of his child, but then abandoned her when she became pregnant.
Chen’s posts included screenshots of messages where she informed Weekes of her pregnancy. Weekes allegedly replied that he did not want children at that time and suggested that they both thought she would not get pregnant.
“You always told me you wanted me to be your baby’s mother,” she wrote.

Chen detailed their relationship, stating that they met in November 2023 and became official around New Year’s. Despite living in different countries initially, Chen eventually moved in with Weekes in Miami after visiting his family in Barbados.
During their relationship, Chen asserts they became “serious,” and she informed Weekes that she would choose to keep their baby if she became pregnant. She also revealed that they had a mutual understanding that he was not monogamous, and they both felt the need for their own space.
According to Chen, Weekes requested that she leave, ceased returning home, and vanished for three nights without providing any explanation. In response, she made the decision to move out, booked a flight to New York City, and took the pregnancy tests on March 30.
