Here is our fantasy dream team for game week 2 of the FPL 2021-22

Fantasy Premier League, Fantasy Football Picks, FPL 2021/22 Game Week 2 Team Selection

Goal-keeper

Robert Sánchez ( Brighton – £4.5m) had 10 clean sheets last season and game week 1 showed his ability as he managed to make 2 saves and conceded just 1 goal .

Defenders

Konstantinos Tsimikas ( Liverpool – £4.0m) is a player who is currently managing to play amazing defense to help the team in the midst of Andrew Robertson’s injury and he sure did play his part in the first match by helping the team with a clean sheet.

João Cancelo ( Manchester City – £6.0m) was brilliant in the first game against Tottenham as he was able to take several chances but couldn’t get the win he can make things work for him in their next match against Norwich.

Lucas Digne ( Everton – £5.5m) managed to keep 9 assists and 9 clean sheets last season should be able to perform well in their next match against Leeds.

Midfielders

Raheem Sterling ( Manchester City – £11m) had an amazing season last year as he had 10 goals and 9 assists to his name and the first match have certainly raised issues about how manchester city lack a striker and Sterling could take up on this task in their next match against Norwich. 

Raphinha ( Leeds – £6.5m) had 6 goals and 10 assists last season and after a demoralizing loss against Manchester United and  Leeds will want to challenge Everton and Raphina could make a difference to the squad.

Mohamed Salah ( Liverpool – £12.5m) showed brilliant skills and an amazing performance in the first match with 2 assists and a goal to his name ranking 2nd highest in game week 1.

Saïd Benrahma ( West Ham United – £6.0m) did not disappoint his supporters as they won the game 4-2 after losing 2-0 which speaks of high ambition from the club.

Forwards

Patrick Bamford ( Leeds  – £8.0m) scored 17 goals and 11 assists last season and the first match didn’t seem well for any Leeds player but things could change against Everton and Bamford is expected to gain his goal-scoring form soon.

Danny Ings ( Aston Villa – £8.0m) is the recent transfer to Aston Villa and has already scored a penalty in the first match which shows that he could make a huge difference for the team.

Ivan Toney ( Brentford – £6.5m) is also a player who played with all his heart against Arsenal and Brentford as a team seemed to click well he couldn’t get the goal he was looking for as he recently came from an injury but their match against Crystal Palace could help him score a goal and make his mark in this contest.

Substitutes

Alex McCarthy ( Southampton – £4.5m) managed to make 3 saves in the first match and had 7 clean sheets last season he is our choice for the goalkeeping substitute.

Ilkay Gündogan ( Manchester City – £7.5m) had 13 goals and 14 assists last season and should be able to pick up his form against their next game as he could perform in the coming weeks.

Vladimir Coufal ( West Ham United – £5.0m) had a brilliant match however they were caught napping in the first half which led them to concede goals but the team is ready to show their fighting spirit.

Daniel Amartey ( Leicester City – £4.0m) has already made his mark with a clean sheet in the first match however their next match against WHU could be challenging which makes Amartey our safe defensive substitute.

Captain And Vice-Captain

Mohamed Salah is our captain because of his amazing pace and goal poaching skills which are followed up with his consistency.

Raheem Sterling will be our vice-captain because of his ability to manage his attacking skills by providing assists and helping with important goals for the club.
