First-round 2023 NFL Draft order
With a March trade with the Bears, the Panthers moved up to the top place. Prior transactions resulted in top-10 choices for the Seahawks, Lions, and Eagles. The Saints returned to the first round after the Broncos gave them a selection in return for Denver signing Sean Payton as head coach.
In the first round, there are just 31 choices. The Dolphins were penalized for tampering when they tried to sign Tom Brady and employ Payton by having their choice forfeited.
