Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan’s ’72 Hoorain’ movie is all set to release nationwide on the date of 7 July 2023
The movie’s producer, Gulab said 72 Hoorain is the best story for showcasing how in the name of religion, fictional stories were sold to people to convert them into brutal terrorists.

The feature movie ”72 Hoorain”, is directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. The movie will hit theatres on the 7th of July 2023. The 2019 movie, starring actors like Pavan Malhotra and Aamir Bashir in its main roles, focuses on consequences of the violent extremism.
Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, who edited the film revealed that the story is a ”tragic reminder of the power of manipulation” and ”urgent need to address root causing terrorism. The slow poisoning of assassins turns out normal people into suicide bombers.”
“Trapped in the fatal illusion of a total 72 virgins, they embark on a path of destruction, eventually meeting a frightful fate,” director, also known for movies like ”Lahore”, said. The movie ”72 Hoorain” will have its premiere under the Indian Panorama section at the 2019 International Film Festival of India (IFFI) held in Goa, where the movie has received ICFT-UNESCO GANDHI MEDAL Special Mention.
In early 2021, Sanjay Singh was the winner of the National Film Award for best direction for the Film. The Producer Gulab Singh Tanwar said, “72 Hoorain” is a perfect story for telling ”how in the name of caste, religion, fictional stories were sold to helpless and ordinary people and converted them into deadly terrorists.”
72 Hoorain will definitely make you ponder upon beliefs that are prevailing in society at present. As per the makers after watching the film, people will think about concepts and ideologies which are not close to reality in any form, and how they are merely used for washing the brains of people and molding them into deadly terrorists in the name of jihad.
The 72 Hoorain has been produced by Saarthie Entertainment and Aliens Pictures, while the writers of the story are Anil Pandey and Junaid Wasi.
